Dr. McLaughlin is a PGY4 Resident in the Department of General Surgery at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He obtained his BS in Biochemistry from Boston College, in Boston, MA, his MD from Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke, VA, and his MBA from Penn State Smeal College of Business in State College, PA. His interests include acute care surgery, coagulopathy in resuscitation, and trauma systems.
